Once you reserve, if canceled 48 hrs before arrival the deposit is NON refundable and will be a penalty charge of 1 night. Bookings made for Christmas, New Year, East season & Holidays will be charge the 100% total amount stay at time of booking.
IMPORTANT: For stays from December 23rd to January 2nd, full payment will be charged to your credit card upon reservation; no refunds, no exceptions. If your credit card is declined the booking will be automaticly cancelled and the room reassigned.
